Thursday 25th November is Carers Rights Day. This year’s awareness day is focussing on making sure that carers are aware of their rights and how they can access the free support that is available to them. Read all about Carers Rights Day 2021 on the Carers UK website.
The pandemic has had a huge impact on the care sector, which has seen a surge in the number of hours spent caring and the intensity of their caring role increase. The need for training and development of Personal Assistants in care and individual employers is as important as ever at this year.
