Nationally recognised course sup[porting carers and care staff
This nationally recognised Care Certificate programme is designed for anyone starting or developing a career in health and social care. It is suitable for new care workers, support workers, healthcare assistants, domiciliary carers, and individuals returning to the sector, as well as employers seeking a consistent, compliant training pathway for their teams.
Covering all 15 Care Certificate Standards, the course provides a strong foundation in the values, behaviours, and practical skills required to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. Learners explore key topics such as duty of care, safeguarding, infection prevention, equality and diversity, communication, privacy and dignity, and basic health and safety, ensuring they are prepared for real-world care settings.
The programme combines interactive learning, reflective activities, and knowledge-based assessments to support understanding and practical application. Learners are encouraged to reflect on their role, responsibilities, and professional behaviours, helping to build confidence and competence from the outset.
Designed in line with CQC guidance and Skills for Care standards, this course supports both individual learners and care providers in meeting regulatory expectations. On successful completion, learners will have the knowledge and evidence needed to demonstrate competence in the Care Certificate standards, supporting safer care delivery and improved outcomes for the people they support.
