Help decide how the support and services from Luton Adult Social Care are planned and provided

We are supporting Luton Council by promoting their Adult Care Co-Production campaign

See full details and apply to be part of the scheme by viewing the flyer PDF.

Luton Council are looking for unpaid carers or people who use Luton Adult Care, they could be an Expert by Experience or a family member too, to join them in designing better Adult Care services for the future.

What is Co-Production?

Co-production means that you can help decide how the support and services from Luton Adult Social Care are planned and provided. Your ideas and experiences are crucial in making these services better.

You’ll work with Luton Adult Social Care as one team to design, plan and deliver these services. This way, everyone gets a say in how things are done, helping to create better services.

By listening to everyone’s voice, real changes can happen that benefit our local communities and ensure things happen with people instead of to them.

Why get involved?

Influence decisions: Have a say in how Social Care services are designed and delivered.

Share expertise: Use your personal experiences to guide and improve services.

Make a difference: Help ensure services are more effective and meet the real needs of the community.

Learn new skills: Gain new knowledge and abilities through participation.

Build relationships: Meet new people from different walks of life and form valuable connections.

Get empowerment: Feel more confident and valued by being part of decision-making processes.

Equality and respect: Work in a setting where everyone’s input is equally valued.
